No. Our services are available to everyone regardless of immigration status. All interactions are confidential and protected by attorney-client privilege where applicable.

What documents should I bring to my first visit?

Any identification you have (passport, ID card, birth certificate), immigration documents, court notices, and any letters from USCIS or ICE. If you don't have documents, we can still help.

Are services available in my language?

We provide services in over 45 languages through staff interpreters and certified translation services. Call our helpline and we will connect you with someone who speaks your language.

How much do your services cost?

Most of our services are free of charge. Legal representation is offered on a sliding scale based on income. No one is turned away due to inability to pay.

Can you help if I received a deportation notice?

Yes. Contact us immediately if you have received any notice from immigration authorities. Our legal team provides emergency consultations and can represent you in removal proceedings.

How do I enroll in ESL classes?

Walk-in registration is available during business hours. We offer morning, afternoon, and evening classes at multiple skill levels. Childcare is provided for students with young children.
